Classic Cooking & Heard Museum - July 22
Classic Cooking, www.classiccooking.net, has provided a delicious Native American menu with Chef/Owner Pascal Dionot. Trained in France, Germany and Spain before arriving in the United States, Chef Dionot has an education and background that is among the finest. His passion for fine food and the best in culinary training served him well throughout Europe and in this country. Experience an entertaining cooking demonstration followed by an elegantly prepared lunch including dessert, glass of wine and recipes to take home. After lunch, we’ll head to the Heard Museum to view collections of traditional and contemporary American Indian art. Price includes lunch, transportation and admission to museum. Min/Max: 10/53.

"Set Your Timers!": Water Conservation Class - July 15
Does water run off your lawn after you water? Are you afraid to touch that box? Over-watering kills more plants than under-watering. Take two hours to learn to set your timer and adjust it seasonally. Hands-on practice and recommendations on water-wise settings will be included.
