What we do

The Sanitation Division provides residential sanitation services to homes in Goodyear, including curbside automated garbage & recycling collection and bulk collection. The Division also sponsors household hazardous waste disposal events.

START OR STOP UTILITY SERVICE:

Customers can start utility service by submitting the Online Utility Application.

Customers can stop utility service by submitting the Online Stop Service Form.


BILLING ISSUES (Bill Payments, Account Questions or Changes, etc.):

Customers needing to pay a utility bill, have questions about a utility account, change the number of trash/recycling containers, or to report containers damaged or stolen, must contact the City of Goodyear Utilities Division at 623-932-3015 or by e-mail
