What we do

The Communications Office informs and links members of our community with timely information via the 24/7 website, news releases, a bi-monthly citizen newsletter, INFOCUS, and display ads. Key functions of the office include handling the City's community and media relations, placing all city advertising, designing and producing City brochures and publications, managing the City's citizen survey, and developing and overseeing all content of the City's website. In addition to external communications, the Communications Office also guides internal employee communications with a monthly newsletter and administers the 24/7 employee intranet site.
