Permit required for doing business in Goodyear - Annual fee $75
All those engaged in business, including home businesses and Private Owners renting more than one property, within the City of Goodyear are required to apply for a Business Registration Permit. Effective January 1, 2010 there is a $75 annual fee for this permit, which must be renewed annually.
The Business Registration Application Form can be used to register a new business, to report a new owner, a name change or a location change. Use the Business Registration Renewal Form to renew an existing permit for the next year. You may bring or mail completed forms along with the $75 annual fee in cash, check, or money order, to the City of Goodyear, P.O. 5100, 190 N. Litchfield Rd., Goodyear AZ 85338. These forms cannot be submitted online.
First time Business Registration applicants, who are registering as an individual or sole proprietor, are also required to submit the Citizenship Status Form with its necessary supporting document. It is not required for renewals.
