Neighborhood Meeting Date, Time and Location:
An in-person neighborhood meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 10, 2022 at 6 p.m. The meeting location will be 1900 N. Civic Square, Room 118 (Canyon Trails 1).
Purpose:
This notice is to inform you that the city of Goodyear is considering an application from Chris Webb from Rose Law Group, representing the applicant who is authorized by the property owner(s), FULTON HOMES CORPORATION. The applicant will be hosting a Neighborhood Meeting to discuss the project proposal.
Site Location:
The property is located southeast of Estrella Parkway and Yuma Road.
Requesting:
Rezone on approximately 156 acres.
