Fire sprinklers are required for all commercial buildings to include attached patio covers. 

Fire alarms will be required for assembly occupancies. 

Operational permits required when occupant load exceeds 300. 

Separate permits must be obtained for fire sprinklers, fire alarm, hood suppression, bulk CO2 storage.
