Holiday Season Traffic Moratoriums

The Development Services Department established traffic control moratoriums for various timeframes throughout the year, including the holiday season. The City adheres to the Revised 9^th Edition Phoenix Barricade Manual, which includes the concept of protecting traffic flow around major retail centers during the holiday season.

The following includes a list of areas where work may be suspended. If you have any questions, please send them to rowmgt@goodyearaz.gov.

Dates: Friday after Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day (11/29/2024 through 1/1/2025)
