Purpose: The City of Goodyear is considering an application from Michelle Bach, EAPC Architects Engineers, representing the property owner, requesting a Use Permit to allow a self-storage facility on property zoned Planned Area Development/ Business Park. The public is invited to participate in the meeting. Public hearings before the Planning Commission and City Council will be scheduled in the future.
