Neighborhood Meeting - LCG at Estrella Parkway
An in-person neighborhood meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. The meeting location will be at Goodyear City Hall, Rooms 118 & 119 (Canyon Trails 1 & 2), 1900 N. Civic Square.
Purpose:
To discuss a request for approval of an amendment to the Hudson Commons Planned Area Development to rezone 11.37 acres from C-2, General Commercial to MF-24, Multi-family, to facilitate development of a 3 & 4-story 295-unit apartment complex at a density of 26 dwelling units per acre west of the southwest corner of Estrella Parkway & Van Buren Street.
