#NewBusinessAlert Over Easy is Coming to GSQ
Another new and exciting restaurant option is coming to Goodyear’s new downtown, GSQ. Popular breakfast restaurant, Over Easy, is bringing its scratch-made food and unique cocktails to the heart of Goodyear.
“Our council and staff are working very hard to bring our residents more quality retail and dining establishments and Over Easy is a great addition to our growing lineup of businesses coming to Goodyear,” said Mayor Joe Pizzillo. “We are thrilled that Over Easy has broken ground on their new site at GSQ—it’s one more place that will soon be open in our new downtown.”
Over Easy will be located on the southwest corner of 150th Drive and Goodyear Way – just north of McDowell Road, and is expected to open by the end of the year. The company currently has 13 locations around Arizona and the Goodyear location is one of seven new restaurants the company expects to open in the next two years.
“We are excited to be opening in Goodyear at the end of 2024,” said Over Easy CFO Ryan Field. “It has been our dream to expand to the West Valley and provide our energized takes on classic breakfast staples to proud communities like this. We also look forward to providing over 35 jobs in the nearby neighborhood.”
Over Easy now joins an impressive list of restaurants and businesses in the immediate area that have begun construction or announced plans to make GSQ their home, including The Stillery, High Tide Seafood, Bacchus Wine Bar, The Yard Milkshake Bar and Copper and Sage. “We couldn’t be more excited to have landed such a great breakfast concept as Over Easy,” said Mike Olsen, Chief Financial Officer for Globe Corporation. “They will really complement the mix of dinner and lunch restaurants, as well as the night life we have already secured. It’s really exciting to see GSQ take shape.”
GSQ is owned and being developed by Globe Corporation, a family business, and is set to become a vibrant and walkable destination for residents and visitors. GSQ will feature approximately 150 acres of high-quality restaurants, shopping, entertainment options and more.
