Thank you for your patience while we transition into our new permitting system. We are currently experiencing delays in our review times and are working diligently to get reviews out as quickly as possible.

If you started an application prior to January 22, 2024, please be sure to create an account in Accela so that you are set up to receive notifications.  

All days below are counted in business days.

 Zoning Permits and Verification Letters: 5 days

 Planning Cases:

 Residential Design Review 10 days 
 Model Home Complex: 10 days 
 Comprehensive Sign Package: 25 days 
 Preliminary Plats: 25 days 
 Rezone: 30 days 
 Special Use Permit: 30 days 
 

Planning/Civil Engineering Cases:

 Site Plans / Improvement Plans / Final Plats: 25 days 1st review, 15 days subsequent review
 Improvement Plan Amendments 15 days 
 Mass Grading 15 days 
 Dry Utility / Miscellaneous Dry: 3 days 
 

Express Lane Building Permits:

 Pool Spa (with approved standard plans): 2 days 
 Miscellaneous Residential (like for like replacements): 2 days 
 Multi-Family Permits (with approved standard plans): 3 days 
 Photovoltaic (solar) under 15kw: 1-2 days 
 

Building Permits:

 Sign Permits: 6 days 
 Tenant Improvement: 15 days 
 Single Family Standard Plans: 12 days 
 NEW Commercial Construction: 25 days 
 Residential Additions: 6 days 
 Miscellaneous Commercial: 7 days 
 Custom Pools: 5 days 
 Revisions: 5 days 
 Deferrals: 5 days 
 Multi-Family and standard plans: 15 days 
 Photovoltaic (solar) over 15kw: 5 days 
 Miscellaneous Residential (not like for like): 5 days
