Liquor License

Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control is a state agency responsible for administering and enforcing the liquor laws of the State of Arizona according to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 4. When a business initiates a Liquor License Application with the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control, the State forwards a copy of the application to the City Clerk's office for Council approval. At that time, the business must also pay an administration fee in the amount of $635.00 to the City of Goodyear. Businesses are then required to renew their liquor license annually with the City of Goodyear. The annual liquor license renewal fee of $100.00 is due to the City in January of each year.
