Special Event Liquor License

Special Event Liquor Licenses are regulated by the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control.  If this license suits your needs please read the following instructions:

APPLICANT: 
1. Complete the City of Goodyear Special Event Permit Application.

2. Complete a Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control, Application for Special Event License.

3. Return the form (do not remit any payment at this time) to the Goodyear Clerk’s Office, along with the City of Goodyear Special Event Permit Application.

4. Once your special event has been approved, your State application will be signed and then returned to you.  It is your responsibility to send the application and payment to the State of Arizona.  The City of Goodyear will retain the City of Goodyear Special Event Permit Application for our records.
