Requests to view or obtain Court records pursuant to Rule 123 of the Arizona Supreme Court:

All records request must be submitted in writing using the Court Records Form. Fill out the Court Records Request Form and submit it to the Court. Your request can be emailed to goodyearcourt@courts.az.gov, submitted at our front counter, mailed to the Goodyear Municipal Court, 14455 W. Van Buren St., Suite B101, Goodyear, AZ 85338 or faxed to 623-932-6936 Attn Records. There is a $17.00 fee applied to each request and an additional $17.00 charge for a certified copy. All fees must be paid in advance. Please see our Payment information for payment methods.

The form must be filled out completely otherwise it will not be processed. Records requests will be processed within 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the request. 

Your request must specify your name/agency and information requested. Please indicate on your request whether you would like to pick up the records or have them faxed/mailed.
