Development Agreement:

• City will waive 50% of all current City building permit, plan review, inspection and similar fees, other than impact fees for non-residential.
• City Development Fees have been prepaid and remain available to the Developer for the Project, in the approximate amount of $1,700,000.00. The Prepaid Fees shall become available to Developer upon the issuance to Developer of a building permit for the construction of not less than 30,000 leasable square feet of newly constructed premises within the Project to be used by specialty grocers, entertainment venues, upscale retailers, or any combination of such uses.
• Development and impact fees are required.  Civil and building permit and plan review fees are assessed when plans obtain approval prior to permit issuance. Planning Site Plan fees are collected prior to permit issuance.
