All Plan submittals and Inspections shall comply with the city of Goodyear, Arizona's currently adopted Building Codes, Amendments, and Ordinances, including Sound Mitigation.

All permitted work is to remain exposed for inspection. Make sure to review the CC&R's of your HOA before performing any modifications. It is the responsibility of the property owner, not the city, to be aware of any CC&R's as part of any proposed building modification or new construction.
