Addressing & CAD Standards

New construction projects will be assigned addresses as part of the civil engineering plan review, or land division (Ex: Final Plat, Minor Land Division, Map of Dedication) process.

Applicants will be provided a submittal checklist that includes the requirement of an AutoCAD, and Address Request Form upon approval of their Development Review Application (Ex: Site Plan, Site Plan Amendment. Preliminary Plat, etc.)

If you have already gone through the civil engineering plan review or land division process, or need an address or suite assignment for a building permit that does not require civil construction or land division, please email an AutoCAD and an Address Request Form to addressrequests@goodyearaz.gov

City Base Map Drawing (.dwg) - reference layer of City base map (streets, parcels, 1/4 section grid, TRS grid, City survey control)
