The city of Goodyear seeks talented individuals to offer enrichment opportunities for citizens of all ages.  As a partner of the Goodyear Recreation Department, independent contractors and program instructors will work together to achieve the vision of providing quality opportunities to learn and recreate. 

• Recreation Campus with 30-acre community park with fields and courts
• New state of the art 48,000 sq. ft. Recreation Center with multipurpose rooms, fitness areas and dedicated space for teens
• In-Focus Community Magazine, reaching 39,000 households each month with a quarterly Recreation focus
• Network of citizens and passholders utilizing facilities on a daily basis
• Payment and registration software handling to allow contractors/instructors to focus on program design and facilitation including apps

Program proposals are accepted on an on-going basis and reviewed throughout the year as needed.  If your proposal is chosen for consideration, you will be contacted.  Due to publicity time-frames, classes are planned 4-6 months prior to the date on which they actually may be held.  Priority will be given to classes with a need in the community and that adhere to the mission of the city of Goodyear.
