The City reserves the right to cancel or modify any program, rental, or pass. If the city initiates a cancelation, the point of contact will be notified and offered an alternative choice, if available. If no alternative is available, a refund will be issued.

If you wish to cancel and get a refund for a City of Goodyear Recreation program pass or rental/reservation, notify the Recreation Center staff at 623-882-7525 or complete the request form found here.

Approved refunds are issued to the credit card that was used as payment for the activity. If payment was made with cash or check, the approved refund will be issued to you as a check via our Finance Department and mailed to you. Please allow up to two weeks from the date that you submit the request for a refund to be processed.
