The Arts and Culture Division was established in 2006 by the Goodyear City Council to create a distinct sense of place and cultural destination by integrating art into public spaces. The Arts and Culture Division manages the City's public art program and coordinates with the private sector and other governmental agencies in promoting arts and cultural excellence. This division also works to increase awareness of the contributions of arts and culture to Goodyear's economy and quality of life.
