Hands-Only CPR On The Rise
As the understanding of CPR has advanced new methods have been created. Most recently hands-only CPR, also known as Continuous Chest Compression (CCC), has become popular. This life-saving technique does not require certification and does not require mouth-to-mouth breathing. According to the American Heart Association Hands-Only CPR, "has been shown to be as effective as conventional CPR."
