Drop-In Summer Recreation Program (5-12 years)
Spend your summer meeting new friends and participating in a variety of fun and educational activities. Trained and experienced staff will facilitate on-site programs such as laser tag, gym games, STEM projects, DIY crafts and much more. Presentations, games and activities are based around unique and engaging themes each week. Children must bring a sack lunch and mid-morning snack. Designed for Goodyear youth enrolling in grades 1-8 for the upcoming school year.

Camp X-Treme Drop-In Summer Recreation (8-12 years)
Stay active this summer with our highly active specialty camp. From visits to the pool, to court games in the multipurpose gym, special presentations, participants will remain engaged in energetic activities throughout the day.

Optional Field Trip Package - Goodyear Locations Only
Includes pick up at all summer recreation locations, field trip t-shirt and 5 field trips including Fat Cats, Elevate Trampoline Park, Goodyear Aquatics Center, Harkins – Despicable Me 4 and Rush Fun Park. Must be enrolled in a full day summer recreation program to attend.

Junior Leader Volunteer Program
Goodyear's Summer Recreation Program offers an amazing opportunity for youth ages 13-14 who want to gain valuable skills and job experience as a Junior Leader. Junior Leaders will volunteer for the 7-week program and learn valuable skills such as organization, teamwork, group activity facilitation, and leadership skills. This program is FREE but requires an application and interview.

Goodyear Scholarship Program
The city of Goodyear offers scholarships to families to help make our recreational programs and passes affordable for families in need. Scholarship funds are awarded based on financial need and time of submission and are not guaranteed. Scholarship funds can be used for one year from date of approval and are eligible for renewal after this timeframe. Please submit the Scholarship Application online, or stop by the Goodyear Recreation Campus to fill out a form. Visit our FAQ page for more information.
