The Library Community room may be reserved for meetings, classes and business related purposes. The facility can accommodate small groups up to 50 people depending on set up.  As this room is adjacent to the library, activities that include music and food are prohibited. The room is approximately 1,265 square feet and has approximately 50 chairs and 26 tables.

The Loma Linda Community Room is located in the Loma Linda Park next to the Goodyear Pool. The Community Center is 1,189 square feet, with a 110 square foot prep kitchen approximately 50 chairs and 10 tables. The center can accommodate small groups of less than 50 people. 1. A city staff will be present to open and close the facility as indicated on the rental agreement. A key will not be issued to any Lessee, if the Lessee fails to show up at the designed reservation time, there will be a $50 non-refundable charge for staff to come back.
2. The Lessee is responsible for the condition of the facility and its structure, supplies, equipment and appliances between the times reserved as indicated on the rental agreement.
3. The Lessee agrees to compensate the City for damages during the lease term. Charges will be determined by City and/or assigned licensed contractors. The City reserves the right to recover all expenses through legal means if necessary. Failure of Lessee to compensate the City for all work performed by City may disqualify Lessee from future rental or usage.
4. In the event the Lessee fails to clean up and/or restore facility and/or parking lot to the condition existing at the time of possession, the city will perform the necessary work and Lessee agrees to compensate the City for the work performed.
5. The facility must be cleaned by Lessee and returned to in the same condition as when rented by the time allocated and no later than 10:00 p.m.
6. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED IN THE FACILITY OR WITHIN 50FT OF THE PERIMETER OF THE CENTER.
7. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED WITHIN THE FACILITY OR WITHIN THE PARK. SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN THE PARKING LOT ONLY.
8. No one under the age of 21 will be left in charge of any function at the Facility. No children are allowed at the Facility without adult (18 yrs or older) supervision.
9. The Lessee agrees that activities and music levels will be conducted so as not to cause a nuisance to other park patrons and surrounding residents, per City of Goodyear Noise Ordinance, Section 111-8 of the Municipal Code.
10. All garbage and trash is to be bagged and placed in dumpster.
11. Termination Clause: The City may at any time cancel this agreement and may reschedule the facility use. This agreement shall not be assignable by Lessee except with written consent of the City.
