Our new permitting software Accela is up and running!
We have officially switched over to Accela Citizen Access for all Development Applications and Inspections.

- Questions on Inspections? Check out the Inspection Scheduling Guide.
- You will need to create a new account within Accela Citizen Access to start new projects and access existing applications.
- You can still access our Electronic Plan Review system (ProjectDox) here for existing applications.
Development Center Portal
Within the Development Center Portal, you can
- Submit applications
- Make online payments
- Submit code compliance violations
- Schedule inspections
- Find project information and statuses
