    Sedella Commercial Use Permits Neighborhood Meeting

    Neighborhood Meeting Date, Time and Location:

    An in-person neighborhood meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 6 p.m. The meeting location will be 1900 N. Civic Square, Room 128 (Public Work Session Room).

    Purpose:

    The city of Goodyear is considering an application from Tim Rasnake of Archicon, representing the applicant who is authorized by the property owner(s), 7220 HAYNE BLVD LLC. The applicant will be hosting a Neighborhood Meeting to discuss the project proposal.

    Site Location:

    The property is located northeast of Perryville and Indian School Rds.

    Requesting:

    Use Permit for a Convenience Store/Gas Station with Drive-Through Component, a Use Permit for a Car Wash and a Use Permit for Retail Building with an end-cap drive-through. The underlying zoning for the property will remain commercial within the Sedella Planned Area Development.

    Case No. 22-300-00003 would allow the development of a commercial center which contains a convenience store/gas station with a drive-through component.

    Case No. 22-300-00004 would allow the development of a commercial center which contains a car wash.

    Case No. 23-300-00003 would allow the development of a commercial center which contains a retail building with an end-cap drive-through component.
