    The purpose is for the applicant to discuss the proposed rezoning application from Jason Morris with Withey Morris Baugh Attorneys, representing the property owner BET Investments, requesting a rezoning from Planned Area Development (PAD) with a Low Density Residential land use designation (2-4 DU/AC) to a Planned Area Development with land use designations of Low Density Residential 5 (LDR-5), Medium Density Residential A (MDR-A) and Multi Family Residential (MFR) on the subject property.  This request is to create residential mixed uses (single family attached and detached homes as well as an apartment complex) on the approximate 42 acre parcel located at the southeast corner of Lower Buckeye Road and S.
