I would like to pay my permit or review fees online with a credit card. Will I be able to with the new software? 

Yes! You can make payments online with the new Accela Citizen Access. For more information, please visit our Fees page or the Accela Citizen Access User Guide.

I’m not very tech savvy, will the city of Goodyear offer training? 

Yes! There will be additional video training guides available for Accela Citizen Access here soon

Currently I pay an application fee and review fees prior to review. Will this change? 

Yes! All fees (with the exception of Planning & Zoning) will be required prior to Permit Issuance. If you would like to set up an escrow account to make fee payment easier, complete an Escrow Account Application and email to bldg.permits@goodyearaz.gov and you will be contacted with additional information and instructions by a Development Services Technician. 

Does this affect the inspection scheduling process?
