The project is not allowed to connect to the existing 24-inch transmission main on the south side of MC-85. 

The project is not allowed to connect to the existing water transmission main in Cotton Lane and will need to provide additional water infrastructure to satisfy water looping and provide two tie in points to the existing water system. Further discussion with the City is likely needed for a water solution.
