Ramada Rentals | City of Goodyear

The city of Goodyear offers a wide selection of park ramadas for drop in use and for reservations. Individual ramadas can accommodate small gatherings like birthday parties, family barbecues, and team parties while our group ramadas can accommodate larger gatherings such as baby showers, receptions, family reunions, and company picnics.

Ramada Reservations:

Reservations can be made online through the recreation account, over the phone at 623-882-7525, or in person at 420 S. Estrella Parkway, 85338.
Reservation must be completed at least 3 business days in advance and are allocated up to 180 days in out.
Reservations have exclusive use of the Ramada during the listed permit time.
Reservations include set up and tear down, user must vacate by the end time listed on the permit to allow for cleaning of the ramada before the next reservation.
The rental box located at each ramada will indicate the current list of reservations.

Individual Ramadas (1-16 attendees)

Park Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Reservable Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Reservation Rates for a four hour rental block:

Residents: $35.00
Non-residents: $70.00
Commercial Use: $90.00

Charcoal Grills are located at each ramada
Each ramada has an 8-foot table and 3 trash cans
Ramadas 1-3 have electrical outlets
Ramadas 1 & 5 can accommodate a standard inflatable.
An approved Special Use Permit and Certificate of Insurance is required for inflatables 5-business days prior to event date.

Goodyear Recreation Campus has six ramadas | 420 S. Estrella Parkway

Reservations are made in four-hour rental blocks:

Occupancy max for ramadas is 16 people; additional ramadas required for groups over 16 people.
Activities and music levels will be conducted so as not to cause a nuisance to other park patrons and surrounding residents. G.C.C. 11-1-8 (A)
Ramadas may be decorated using tape ONLY (no nails, staples or paint allowed).
The following items are prohibited:

Smoking and vaping
BBQ grill
Amplified music
Water balloons
Piñatas
Tents/canopies
Extra tables & chairs
Public meetings
Glass containers
Erections of signs & fences
Selling of goods or services
Entertainment rides and water features

Group Ramadas (17-32 attendees)

Park Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Reservable Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Reservation Rates for a four-hour rental block:

Residents: $50.00
Non-residents: $100.00
Commercial Use: $125.00

Goodyear Recreation Campus has 5 group ramadas | 420 S. Estrella Parkway

Reservations are made in the following rentals blocks:

8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Group Ramada Rules

Reservable hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
Ramada use is available on a first come, first serve basis unless reserved.
Occupancy max for this ramada is 32 people; additional ramadas may be required for occupancy over 32 people.
Activities and music levels will be conducted so as not to cause a nuisance to other park patrons and surrounding residents. G.C.C. 11-1-8 (A)
Ramadas may be decorated using tape ONLY (no nails, staples or paint allowed).

Inclement Weather
If inclement weather causes a cancellation of a reservation, notice should be given the next business day to the Parks and Recreation Department Office. The reservation permit may be re-issued for an alternate date or the fee may be refunded.
